read and accepted the following terms and conditions.
License
As a paid user for the templates, the
following rights are hereby granted to you:
- A non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the template.
- To Use, modify the template to create your own website or multimedia presentation.
- To distribute the compiled modified template to your users and clients on
a royalty-free basis.
Restrictions
- ANY DISTRIBUTIION, RESELL, PUBLISHING of the source code
of template is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified,
on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them
for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written
consent from our company.
- All Image, Music, and Animation File used in the source code cannot be re-distributed
separately in any other format.
- You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else
without prior written consent
- You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products,
modified or unmodified.
- Any violation of these restrictions, of the terms of service,
or of the acceptable use policy will result in the termination
of the rights granted to you the client outlined in the licence
above.
Editing of Files
- Flash templates MUST be edited using Flash 5.0 or Flash MX.
It is your responbility to ensure you have the right software
AND knowledge for editing the files.
- HTML templates MUST be edited with both Photoshop and html editor programs
.It is your responbility to ensure you have the right software AND knowledge
for editing the files.
- The listed price of the flash or HTML templates does not include guidelines/tutorials
on flash or any other program programming, nor does it include any customization
past that listed in the product description.

- There will be no refund after you have downloaded or edited
the files/template. All sales are final .
- All copyright, and intellectual property rights remain the
property of the original template/graphic designer.
Disclaimer of Warranty
All software is provided "as is" without any warranty
of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event will templatepimps.com
or any of our affilaites be liable for any lost revenue, profit,
data, or for special indirect or consequential, incidential or
punitive damages, however caused regardless of the theory of
liability, arising out of or related to the use of or inability
to use software. No oral or written information given by our
authors, or staff shall create a warranty, or superceed this
statement.
Refunds
If you feel the need to ask for a refund after a portion of the work has been done then you will only be refunded for the portion that was not completed. This portion will be determined by Templatepimps.com and will not be negotiated. If you don't feel the need to abid by this then do not complete the purchase. By completing the purchase your adhearing to our "Terms of Service."
Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms
without prior notice.
