Managing a domain can be confusing at times so Templatepimps.com simplifies this by managing your domain for you. In order to do this the domain is registered in our name and managed by us. 99% of our clients want this and find it very convenient. You can ask us to change the settings on your domain by sending us an email or submitting a support request

If you would like to fully manage your domain then please send us an email asking for admin access to your domain. We will then send you a username and pass to manage the DNS, whois, and other important settings.

Some Basic Domain Info

1. A domain normally takes 24-48 hours to begin working after purchase.
2. DNS (Domain Name Servers) are needed to tell internet webbrowsers what webserver IP your website is on. Our nameservers are:
NS1.EV1SERVERS.NET
NS2.EV1SERVERS.NET
You can have your domain point to any webserver or webhost, simply send us the nameservers and we will set it up for you.
3. Domains can only have Letters A thru Z, numbers 0 thru 9, and
-'s (dashes) anywhere except at beginning or end.
4. Our hosting will support www.domain.com or http://domain.com
5. Domain registration is a yearly subscription. If you cancel your Paypal subscritpion then your domain will be allowed to expire on its 1 year anniversary. Otherwise your domain will be autorenewed once the payment is confirmed.
6. There cannot be any refunds for domains once registered. It is yours for the entire year.
